Faith..

I have been pining over a "wall hanging" for quite some time now, but have not made any effort to put it in the budget.  Aside from "life" being on the budget, being on maternity never helps the matter.  And the list of "stuff wanted" is longer than necessary.  (You must know what I mean!!)

My loving husband worked an extra shift from 1:00am - 4:00am on his holidays and then the next day came home with this for me...

My "wanted" (not needed) wall hanging..

I am thrilled to pieces!!

**If you can't read it (pic was taken on an angle as to rid the glare from the glass) it has FAITH in big letters across the pic and then it reads:
I believe in the sun even when it is not shining, in love even when I am alone, and in God even when He is silent.
(and then in small letters at bottom) it reads:
Transcription found scratched into a wall in Germany by someone hiding from Nazi concentration camps." *****

That is awesome! I got goosebumps.

Your hubby is so sweet! What a cool surprise! And yes, our list is long too...full of wants, not needs. Its fun to get something off the list occasionally. And I think we appreciate things more when they aren't handed to us all the time. *********

Ps- Taking him to see Thomas would be fun! I dont know if Dax would sit through a movie yet...may take him to a movie during our theater's summer camp to see. 1 dollar movies that profits go to charity. (ones that are on DVD)

I LOVE the print Amy...Mike was very sweet to surprise you...Our wants are important to God too, and He will often make a way for the "frivolous"...just to show us He really loves us.
I am glad you were blessed with this and such great words to feed your spirit with.

Beautiful. The message is incredible and of course, the secret is in what is in the small print at the bottom.

What a great gift! He really knows what would push your buttons, so to speak.

Love that print. Now I think I'll put that on my list... ;-)
